Preparation Steps Of Tungsten Copper Functionally Gradient Materials(W/Cu FGMs)
At present, it has been widely recognized that FGMs can be used as a method of reducing the thermal stress caused by thermal expansion differences. The composition and microstructure of FGMs are continuously changing. Therefore, this new material can be used as high-temperature system components, including aircraft, fusion reactors and gas turbine engine. The preparation step of W/Cu FGMs are as follows:
(1) Firstly,put the tungsten precursor and copper precursor into water, formulated the tungsten and copper into different several parts of sol system by weight, (surface active agent may also be allowed), then dried the above-mentioned several parts of sol system, and a corresponding plurality of tungsten copper composite precursor powder was done.
(2) Secondly, calcining the tungsten copper composite precursor powder,and converted it to the corresponding parts of several oxide composite powder.
(3) Thirdly,completely converted the oxide composite powder and then obtained a corresponding plurality of ultrafine tungsten copper composite powder.
(4) Then,put the corresponding plurality of ultrafine tungsten copper composite powder in models layer by layer,and pressed them into green compacts.
(5) Finally, sintering the green compacts,and we can get excellent performance of W/Cu FGMs. Using this method to prepare W/Cu FGMs,the interface between layers were no defects and transited naturally.
