A sintered crafts has a direct impact on the physical and chemical properties of tungsten bar.We should adopt corresponding norms according to the average particle size of tungsten powder and particle size distribution curve.It can ensure that harmful impurities and dopants invalid volatile can be fully ruled out,which makes impurities fell within the scope of the requirements.Adoping automatic control and slowly sintered specification in a sintered process will have a favorable impact on the low-temperature ductility of doped tungsten wire. In addition,low-temperature ductility of doped tungsten wire is related to the grain size.The finer the grain size,the more the grain boundary.In the case of the same content of impurities,concentration of impurity are lower and therefore it is less harmful.In contrast,the bigger the grain size,the less the grain boundary.And concentration of impurity are higher which is harmful to the wire.In short,coarse grain structure has an adverse effect to the low-temperature ductility of doped tungsten wire.
