Processing tungsten materials is a hot working.We often called the processing speed,heating temperature and the degree of deformation as the"three degrees".Since swaging are mostly hand feeding and stretching speed can also be artificially adjust,it is likely to cause the tungsten wire's ductility uneven.Therefore,we should control of the processing speed reasonable according to the wire diameter strictly.In addition,we also need to control deformation of each processing passes. The heating temperature during deformation also has a direct impact on the low-temperature ductility of doped tungsten wire.If the temperature is too low,it may not only cause stratification in processing,but also make the surface of tungsten wire fiber shredding.In the process of winding wire,the micro-cracks forms between fibers which crushed into a section.These micro-cracks causes stress highly concentrated,thus becomes a fracture source of tungsten wire.While in the stretching process,we must also make the wire maintaining a relatively stable temperature difference.Under tension, strain and dislocation density of the wire increases with the reducing of wire diameter.Therefore,doped tungsten wire will have a better low-temperature ductility by depth warm processing.
