Preparation of Tungsten Trioxide Powder by Template Method
Using silicic acid as hard template and phosphotungstic acid chloride as precursor, meso-porous silicon was dispersed in ethanol and H3PW12O40?nH2O was added, stirred well for 2h, and concentrated at room temperature. The WO3 powder was calcined at 350-900°C, the silicon template was removed in hydrofluoric acid, and the product was obtained by centrifugation. Finally, highly ordered tungsten trioxide particles were synthesized.
