Perovskite solar cell is a new concept solar cell and belongs to the third generation solar cell. In order to make such a solar cell realize commercial application, one of the important challenges is to develop new inorganic hole transport layer materials. The researchers conducted related research on preparation of WS2 nanosheets and their application in hole transport layer of perovskite solar cells. They successfully prepared WS2 nanosheets by liquid phase ultrasonic stripping and introduced them into perovskite solar cells as hole transport layers. The results show that when the concentration of the WS2 nanosheet solution is 1 mg/mL, the hole transport layer of the prepared WS2 nanosheet has a more appropriate thickness, and the subsequent perovskite active layer grown on it has high film formation quality and good crystallization performance, and the battery can achieve 6.3% photoelectric conversion efficiency.
