As for the new generation of heat insulation film, the reason why it needs to add some high purity cesium tungsten bronze powder as a key dingal raw material during production is because it has excellent optical properties, mainly in its visible light transmittance, excellent near infrared absorption performance. Next, let's take a look at how to choose high-performance insulation film?
- Light transmittance: You should not choose a heat insulation film with too low light transmittance, especially the front windshield film, and its light transmittance should be guaranteed.
- Clarity: In addition to light transmission, see the scenery outside the window through the glass with heat insulation film, especially the rearview mirror, the clarity should not be reduced, and the objects seen should not be deformed or stretched.
- Anti-glare: In addition to ensuring high definition, the excellent heat insulation film will weaken the strong glare. It will be more comfortable to look at things outside the car through such a car film.
- Explosion-proof: A good thermal insulation film has both explosion-proof characteristics. The film itself has strong toughness. When the car window glass is accidentally broken, the film can play a role in sticking the glass to prevent the glass from splashing and hurting people.
- Green and environmental protection: Most of the low-quality film and glue layer contain high benzene content. After exposure to the sun, it will slowly volatilize harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, which will seriously endanger the health of consumers and even cause cancer.
Nowadays, in order to further improve the comprehensive performance of the thermal insulation film, researchers often add Cs0.33WO3 powder to it as an excellent modifier. Basic information of Cs0.33WO3 powder: using tungstic acid and cesium sulfate as raw materials, sorbitol as solvent, solvothermal process at 350 ℃ to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nano powder. If the powder is ground with a sand mill, cesium tungsten bronze nano-aqueous slurry with a D50 of 55.9nm and a solid content of 30% (mass fraction) can be obtained; the slurry is added to the acrylic emulsion and coated on the surface of the polyester film to obtain a transparent infrared absorption film. Experiments show that the film has a transmittance of 9.2% at 950nm, a visible light transmittance of 71% at 550nm, and a haze of 0.5%, so it has excellent infrared absorption characteristics and can be used as a transparent heat-insulating film.
