Nano Cs0.33WO3 is a type of infrared ultraviolet shielding material, which means that it can shield ultraviolet rays and near-infrared rays. It can be prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using Cs2CO3 and Na2WO4 as raw materials, and citric acid as a reducing agent.
Preparation of Cs0.33WO3 Coating
The Cs0.33WO3 particles were dispersed in an aqueous solution to obtain Cs0.33WO3 dispersion slurry, and 2.5% polyethylene glycol-400 was added as a wetting agent, and then 1mm zirconia balls were used for ball milling. The mass ratio of the zirconia balls to the slurry was 6:1, the milling time was 3h, and the milling speed was 210r/s. 5mL of Cs0.33WO3 slurry was ultrasonic processing for 20min, then the slurry was added into the 15mL film-forming solution, heated and stirred in a water bath at 80°C for 10min, and then 1% defoamer was added to continue heating and stirring for 20min, and finally Cs0.33WO3 was prepared.
