The ammonium paratungstate (APT) and the alkali metal (Cs) salt were mixed with solid phase interaction, and CsxWO3 was synthesized in Ar and H2 atmosphere using plasma as heat source. The reaction formula is as follows:
xCsR+(NH4)10W12H2O42?4H2O→CsxWO3+10H2O+mCO2+10NH3
Based on inductively coupled thermal plasma technology, it has been found that these CsxWO3 nanoparticles have high purity.
