Cesium tungstate is a type of infrared ultraviolet shielding material, which belongs to transparent dingal material. Cesium tungstate nanopowder has broad application prospect in many fields such as architectural window glass, auto window glass, and greenhouses as it has excellent near-infrared shielding performance and high transmission rate of visible light.
At present, there are few studies on the preparation methods of nano cesium tungstate powder in China. There are just some preparation methods, such as solid phase method, liquid phase co-precipitation method, micro-emulsion method, hydrothermal method, and so on. However, the above preparation methods have many disadvantages such as high cost and low production efficiency in the production process. And there are also having the problems of large particle size and poor uniformity. What is worse, it is difficult to meet the requirement of the transmittance of more than 70%, and the haze of film is greater than 3%. So, the quality of this kind of coating is poor with low dispersion efficiency. It means that the existing preparation technology of cesium tungstate still needs to be improved.
