Nano cesium tungstate powder, with molecular formula of Cs2WO4, is a kind of infrared thermal insulation nano material that is applied on the architectural glass in the form of transparent heat insulation coating.
Preparation of Nano Cesium Tungstate Powder
Step one: Sodium tungstate and cesium carbonate are dissolved in citric acid solution and methanol solvent, after stirring, the reaction is performed at 180-200°C for 2~3 hours. Then, the mixed liquor of tungsten and cesium is obtained. n(CS)/n(W) = 0.33:1.
Step two: Add appropriate amount of urea to the mixed liquor obtained in step one, adjust the pH of the reaction solution to 3~5, and stir until urea is completely dissolved.
Step three: The mixture completely dissolved in step two is washed with argon, and subjected to chemical reaction at 70-90°C for 2-6h under ultrasonic radiation and Ar protection to obtain gel precipitate. Ultrasonic frequency is 20.81kHz.
Step four: The precipitate is aged for 4-24h, then filtered, washed and vacuum dried, and then calcined (at the temperature of 600-700°C, calcining time of 3~5h) into nano cesium tungstate powder.
