High-purity nano violet tungsten oxide may by prepared by the following steps:
Step one: Adopt ammonium metatungstate (AMT), ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) and adjuvant as raw materials.
Step two: Prepare these raw materials into solutions according to a certain molar ratio. Mix the solutions evenly.
The molar ratio of NH4NO3 to AMT is 12~36. The molar ratio of adjuvant to AMT is 5~15.
Step three: The above solutions is heated to be evaporated and condensed to form gelatinoids, and decomposition reaction takes place to generate a large amount of gas. Then, nano needle-shaped violet tungsten oxide powder is obtained through oxidation-reduction reaction.
This producing method is characterized in:
1. The adjuvant described in step one is glycine, urea, thiourea or citric acid.
2. The obtained high-purity nano violet tungsten oxide has a diameter of 20~200nm, a length of 0.5~10μm, and an aspect ratio of 5~300.
