Preparation of Cesium Tungsten Bronze Powder
1. Prepare sodium tungstate solution with a concentration of 0.5mol/L using AR sodium tungstate (Na2WO4?2H2O) as raw material, and obtain tungstic acid sol by cationic resin exchange, then add AR citric acid at a concentration of 1mol/L or 2mol/L and cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3, AR) solution at a concentration of 0.3mol/L, stir the solution completely to obtain the precursor solution for hydrothermal reaction.
2. The precursor solution was placed in a high pressure reactor and reacted at 190°C for 3 days, ultrasonic washing, alcohol washing, centrifugation, and drying to obtain CsxWO3 powder.
Preparation of CsxWO3 Thin Film
The CsxWO3 powder was fully ground and carried out ultrasonic dispersion in a citric acid solution for 1 hour, then added into 0.1g/mL polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, stir in a water bath at 80°C for 30 minutes, aged for 1 day to obtain the latex. CsxWO3 film was prepared on glass slides by sol-gcl dip-coating method.
