Tungsten sheet is obtained by the following processes: Isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering of tungsten powder to obtain tungsten blank; rolling the blank and then cutting it through a shearing machine to obtain tungsten sheet. In general, tungsten sheet with a thickness of less than 0.3mm is thin tungsten sheet. With the development of electric vacuum technology, thin tungsten sheet with a roughness of less than 0.2μm and in a mirror bright state is in great demand in recent years.
The thin pure tungsten sheet has the characteristics of excellent thermal stability, high temperature performance and ray absorption capability, so that it has a wide range of applications in electric vacuum technology and medical diagnostic equipment.
The traditional rolling process of pure tungsten sheet has the following characteristics:
1. Need to be heated;
2. Covered graphite for lubrication and surface protection;
3. The brightness of the tungsten plate can be improved by electrolytic polishing, i.e. the surface roughness of the plate can be reduced by electrolytic polishing.
